This Educational Lunch event is held every Thursday at noon. It highlights expert speakers on topics relevant to caregivers, educators, and professionals charged with supporting challenged youth.
FPMS' Mission Statement
Family Partners of Morris & Sussex counties facilitates the empowerment of parents and caregivers of children with emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges through a community-based, family-centered, culturally competent system of support, education, and advocacy. Family Support Organizations (FSOs) are family-run, county-based organizations that provide direct family-to-family peer support, education, and advocacy to family members of children with emotional and behavioral challenges.
Topic: LGBTQ+ Humility
The presentation is generally an hour in duration and provides a general foundation on LGBTQ+ queer culture, terminology, identities, and statistics.
