Standing Rock, Nov. 28, 2016, A futile attempt by the DAPL Gang to keep water protectors from recovering canoes stolen by pipeline goons. Morton Co. Sheriff, along with many other so-called "law enforcement agencies" committed acts of outright vandalism and theft.
At one point they even had federal game wardens riding up and down the river, breaking ice... So they said.
