I Am Legion - Reborn - 1.5pre release Update Summary
This week has been crazy with the latest EULA policy changes Techland put out for the modding community and my latest update sneak peak of 1.5. This video will cover the new features along with discussion on how the EULA changes will go on to impact the mod development in the future. I appreciate all the support and you can find more information on the Nexus page and discord community to follow what changes the Techland team announced they were making to the EULA in response to the concerns.

Release of IALR Armorer and armor update
⦁ This first release features new custom Torsoaddon (Bracer slot) and helmet armors, complete with weight system (Light, Medium, and Heavy armor).
⦁ 1.5pre features: 240 new gold tier armors and 100 Platinum tier armors each with their own skills.
⦁ Armor can now be purchased from the IALR Armorer which will show up with the other traders in your stash for now.
⦁ Armor has also been added randomly to the world, the Gold tier and Platinum armors have not been added to the loot system yet.
A new stat system is release that shows a quick summary of the armors skills and unique perks. Each armor has it's own stat summary
A new scaling system has been added for all armor
⦁ White armor does not scale
⦁ All Green armor scales late in the game
⦁ All Blue armor scales Mid-Late game
⦁ All Violet armor scales Mid game
⦁ All Gold tier armor scales early game
⦁ All Platinum tier armor scales early game
Release of the new Horde system into the Mod config
⦁ Make sure to check out the new tab in the "World Spawns" Section, which now features a new "Performance" tab and "Horde" Tab
⦁ The performance tab can be used to change the number of enemies that spawn on the map, their distances, and the physics used on the spawned enemies. This should help you find a new balance for all the Mod players across all the different tiers of systems running it (including steam deck)
⦁ The Horde tab will let you set how many zombies spawn in the day into the horde groups. To adjust this you need to first set the amount of spawns in performance (make sure they are somewhat relative (don't set min = 1 and max = 1100 if max spawns is 120)). You can now set a min and a max on each spawn group that spawns on the map during the day. This will let you make MASSIVE hordes on the map. If you increase the size of the horde, I would recommend increasing the density so those hordes spawn further apart.
⦁ Reduced the number of global gas tanks that spawn and can explode, these guys make hordes death traps.
⦁ I have included 2 new local configs with this release that quickly set Medium tier spawn increases and add the horde and then a High tier spawn and very large horde. You can easily merge these into your configs or merge them into the different difficulties if you want. Feel free to delete if you don't want them.
Updated the Mod Config application to support smaller text so it's easier to scale the interface for the 1080p users
Overhauled the Mine explosives to do more damage to limbs and body parts when exploding and they also do more damage to enemies
