*UPDATE* Confirmed speed hacker, maybe even wall hacks
I chased this Jake for 5 generators and he kept gaining distance. His perks were SCAVENGER, HYPERFOCUS, SPRINT BURST & SELF-CARE. Recording starts mid chase, but one can see his hacks on display.
UPDATE: BHVR investigated and took action against this player.
