Between June and July 2007, Igor Suprunyuk and Viktor Sayenko murdered 21 people in 21 days. Their victims were chosen at random: pedestrians, the elderly, even children; none were spared. What makes this case even more disturbing is the motive: not money, not revenge, but a cold, calculated desire to kill for pleasure... And to film it.
The boys delve into the perpetrators’ backgrounds, their chilling early signs of psychopathy, and the catastrophic failures of police that allowed them to operate unchecked.
