No matter how hard we try we tend to delete and update content on our websites which leads to "404" error pages when a user tries to reach it. In this presentation, Neha Patel will show you how to make sure that the user does not leave empty handed and to guide the user towards the information they were looking for.
ABOUT THE PRESENTER
I am a web developer and I love doing creative stuff, biking, reading about health these days in my free time. I generally like the above things most often in addition to helping people from a young age. I work full-time as a web developer. I also own a small business where I help people with web design, development and marketing. When time permits I volunteer at Ladies Learning Code and also teach coding for kids and adults. I spoke at various WordCamps in the past few years and it has been a really great experience.
