Install Guide 3rd Gen 4Runner LED Light bar Hood Scoop
This is just a general overview of how I mounted my Led light bar to the hood scoop of my 3rd Gen 4runner. I have tested it on a road trip and it held up. It also survived just fine to Hurricane Irma winds so it's a go as far as a mounting guide.
