Grenada Jouvert 2019 Vlog
As so many of you have requested, I finally got to experience Grenada's Carnival aka Spice Mas! This is the first of 2 videos from 2019.
In this video, me, Maggie, and my friend/ new roommate Kayla went to town to the Carenage to experience an event called Jouvert in which everyone paints themselves black with motor oil. It's a celebration of the freedom from slavery, but everyone comes out to dance, drink, and have a good time.
