Health Law Impacts on COBRA
The general concept of COBRA is one that is relatively easy to understand. However, the regulations and requirements of COBRA can be vastly complex without proper knowledge and training. Furthermore, many questions and uncertainties have arisen about COBRA in light of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). This presentation will provide a comprehensive review of the COBRA law and will address key questions and uncertainties about the impact of the healthcare reform law to COBRA.
