You can buy cook utensil's from the cook vendor in any main city (heidel, velia, calpheon, altinova etc)
When your cooking the byproduct that gives your contribution is called (Dish with Poorly Prepared Ingredients) just hand those into the vendor.
Recipe:
1 of any flour (potatoes, corn, wheat etc)
1 of any fruit
1 leavening agent
