CARROT-SHAPED SWEET RAVIOLI | EASTER | PASTA AND ROLL
In this video, in honor of Easter, I made a sweet carrot-shaped pasta that turned out beautifully!!!!
Ingredients:
Paprika pasta and spinach pasta (you can see the recipe in this video 👉 • COMO COLORIR A MASSA FRESCA |PASTA AND ROLL )
Filling:
150g ricotta cheese
50g sugar
Zest of 1 lemon
100g semi-sweet chocolate (50g for the filling and 50g for the glaze)
