I Got Sent FREE Replacements By Steam!
Thanks to Steam Support, I was able to get them to send me a free wire by following some simple steps. Obviously these steps helped me so much because it solved my BIGGEST Issue which was having a broken wire. The way I can get it is by sending my old wire but first I need to send my old controllers from the last time steam sent me free controller replacements.
