Rancilio Double Take 1, Circa 2000
Found video! Video of a double shot I was doing on a Rancilio Silvia back in early 2000. The lines on the shot glasses are 1.5oz. I did these videos because someone on alt.coffee didn't believe I was getting a "cm" of crema on my shots.
It's amazing to look back on these today and see all sorts of problems with the shot pull. Still, the Guinness effect was in full effect ;)
