Mars to Acquire Kellanova
Snacking is better together, and we’re excited to announce that we have agreed to acquire @kellanova, a leading global snacking company home to beloved brands like Pringles®, Cheez-It®, Pop Tarts® and Eggo®. The transaction combines two iconic businesses with complementary footprints and portfolios of beloved brands with a vision to shape the future of snacking and serve even more consumers across the globe. Kellanova’s portfolio will complement the existing Mars Snacking portfolio, which includes billion-dollar brands like SNICKERS®, M&M’S®, TWIX®, DOVE® and EXTRA®, as well as KIND® and Nature’s Bakery®.
