MEMS push-pull electrostatic actuator
MicroElectroMechanical System (MEMS) manufactured using Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI) technology.
The device is actuated using electrostatically comb drives. For image analysis, micrometer patterns with 6 μm divisions have been etched into the moving and base structures.
