Recently, my aunt from São Paulo sent some medications to Bahia. The post office disappeared with her package, leaving my mother without the medicines that are so important for her well-being and health! We're trying to contact the post office, but we're getting no answers... We've been to the post offices, but nothing! If anyone knows how to solve this or what to do, I sincerely ask you to let us know. We've never been through this before. In theory, everything is easy, but here we are! We're doing the procedures they say we "should do," but nothing works.
