I've made an Ingress-like game in Minecraft!
Ingress is a mobile game by Niantic Labs that gets people out in the real world, capturing portals, linking them together, and claiming territory for their team.
This video shows how you can use command blocks to create a thing like a portal, that can be captured for teams of different colours.
