Feeling that there is a "self" is a perceptual error. Nothing exists separately from anything else; there is no individuality. Once you reach this understanding... everything is ONE.
Then, when you feel the revelation that you don't exist as an individual, you experience the greatest sense of freedom you can imagine... THAT IS... LIBERATION.
Liberation from what?... From the "self," and from here on... nothing... just living in flow with everything.
