How To Use The Shimano Plus Rear Derailleur (Clutch)
A quick run through of the Shimano XT Plus Rear Derailleur(Clutch). This also applies to all Shimano rear derailleurs with the clutch, like the Deore, SLX, and XTR. You want to ride with the switch in the up or on position. Only turn the switch off or down when you need to remove the wheel.
