Transfer from PC to iPad Wirelessly
This video is about Airserver app. Can be used with Apple or Android tablets. Can also transfer files as well as photos.
Will transfer the other way except that after IOS11 it is only possible to transfer 1 photo at a time from tablet to computer without having to unscramble a space saving compression used by Apple to zip the files. Not yet that easy to do. It might work with Android but I have not tried it.
