To get 100% completion in Chapter V, breathless, you need to:

✅get all 4 mission achievements

-You finished the mission on any difficulty.
🔰Close to the edge
-Your health dropped under 10 %.

-You killed half of the enemies with headshots.
The level with the most annoying enemies in de2 😆
That vampire ability might save you if you want to get the close to the edge achievement.
