Raga Oatly // Mr. Hines // Edward Hines Music
This is one of those projects that Oatly never picked up on, but was a
lot of fun creating. Best viewed on a large screen. I borrowed a sitar
from Donna Horn of Wendell, MA and taught myself Wow No Cow in about a week. Then I asked Oatly (NYC) to send me two dozen empty ice cream containers, which arrived almost overnight. Bought a file of Indian drum tracks, then went to work creating the string tracks on Finale. Recorded the vocals last. Set up filming in my living room with a green screen. Had to take about 15 videos of the ice cream containers with lit candles on top, put on my outfit and away I went! It was a lot of fun, but I still think it's perfect Super Bowl material, hah!
