Thinking out Loud - Weissenborn Solo. D tuning. Just watched with casual interest the court case about this song that Ed Sheeran wrote and was contested for copyright by the family of Marvin Gaye. Somebody who was being interviewed gave out the basic chord sequence in D that Ed Sheeran used for this song. This apparently was the basis of the contention. I realised that those chords are the foundation for just about every song I play in D tuning on the Weissenborn.....................Crazy world! I thought I would just do a quick version of the song to prove my point.
