A huge fear of mine is losing the ones I love and what the end will look like. So when that moment came for my Aiko I grieved terribly. No one prepares you for when the time comes. When she left I felt extremely lonely, depressed, fatigued, and sad for days on end. I felt like I didn't know who I was anymore without her. I lost my best friend, my daughter, my love. She was there for me through the good and the bad and I'm so honored to have been there for her till her last breath.
A huge thank you to my wonderful vet and vet tech. They spent an hour with me, my family, and Aiko, making sure we were all comfortable with every step of the process.
RIP my sweet baby girl Aiko 💜 You'll be missed and loved forever babe.
