TACO BELL COPYCAT CRUNCHWRAP SUPREME | DIY CRUNCHWRAP
I love Taco Bell but honestly I don’t remember the last time I’ve had it 😅. I’ve kept seeing posts about these Crunchwraps and thought why give it a try. And boy did we LOVE it!! My son told me it was worthy, so here you go! Lol
Taco Bell Copycat Crunchwrap Supreme
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 taco seasoning packet
1/3 cup water
6 burrito size tortillas*
Salsa con Queso or nacho cheese
4 tostada shells
Sour cream
2 tomatoes, diced
1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
Directions
Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat and brown ground beef. Drain excess liquid.
Add seasoning packet and water and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Heat salsa con queso or nacho cheese according to instructions.
Lay out 4 tortillas. Divide meat and place them onto the center of the tortillas.
Spread 2-3 tablespoons cheese over the ground beef.
Top with tostada shell.
Spread 2-3 tablespoons sour cream over the tostada shell.
Sprinkle over diced tomatoes and shredded cheese.
Use the 2 extra burrito tortillas and carve out small taco size circles and place it over the cheese. (See video, you can also use taco size tortillas)
To fold, fold one side over and work around forming tight pleats.
Heat pan over medium high heat and spray with cooking spray. Add the crunchwrap seam side down and cook until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes. Spray the top, flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Note
*This recipe makes 4 crunchwraps total. To fill in the center you can either use 2 extra burrito size tortillas or 4 taco size tortillas.
