Innovation is often sparked by “thinking outside of the box.” Fostering diversity to bring together people with different perspectives and ways of thinking can fuel that innovation. According to some studies, 90 percent of Fortune 500 companies have implemented employee resource groups (ERGs) as a way to support diverse staff members and build inclusion. In this session we’ll chat with Datadog ERG leaders to learn about the programs they’re running and the impact it’s making within the company and with our customers.
