How Far Can I Upgrade This 17 Year Old Workstation PC!
Starting with a 17-year-old workstation that most people would consider obsolete, this project set out to see just how far you can Upgrade PC performance. At first, the system was incredibly outdated—slow processors, limited RAM, and hardware that struggled with even basic modern tasks. But instead of replacing it, the goal was to Upgrade PC step by step and push it beyond what anyone would expect from such old hardware.
The first step to Upgrade PC responsiveness was replacing the aging hard drive with a solid-state drive. This alone made a massive difference in boot times and everyday usability.
