Akris Spring 2024 Inspiration
For this collection, Creative Director Albert Kriemler was inspired by Felice “Lizzi” Rix-Ueno. “Lizzi, textile and craft designer, brought along ornament, vibrancy, color, and curves to the reduced and rational Viennese Modernism.” Her work emphasizes a concept of “Fantasie” [Fantasy], as she liked to call it. Convinced that only inner creativity will lead to one’s identity she used strong color contrasts to let her art shine to this very day.
Amazed by her passion to create a visual language of her own, Albert Kriemler designed this collection as a dedication to her – and all women who amaze!
