Discharging the highly viscous mixed material from Double Planetary Mixer is a challenging task.
Unique Mixer offers a special product discharge mechanism using pneumatic or hydraulic power.
The bowel, which contains the mixed material, is positioned in this discharge system.
A ram, powered by pneumatic or hydraulic power, will push into the mixed material and force the material out of the discharge wall, which is located in the lower section of the bowel.
This product discharge mechanism will quickly empty the high-viscosity material for further processing.
