Having fun sampling on the MPC | Just Hangin' Out ep. 1
First video after this channel got hacked and recovered, glad to be back! I sample some random records I got from the Chelsea recordstore in Antwerp, Belgium.
Tried testing out a few different samples to see how they sound in the MPC 60II or S950.
Here's the story how I got hacked:
I got an e-mail via Bandcamp, about month or 2-3 ago, from a guy who pretended to be somebody from a samplepack website.
They wanted me to test out their new samples and do a video about it. I sent e-mails with this guy for weeks,
so I really started trusting him. The website he was talking about also really existed, so I didn't see no harm in it after a while.
Once we agreed about how the video and stuff like that should look, he sent me a link to download the samplepack.
This offcourse was a fake link, which the hacker used to get into my computer. That way he could access my YouTube channel easily.
He then started livestreaming a video to, I think, earn bitcoins or whatever cryptothings there are out there.
