When You Install a new GPU you should install the correct drivers, AMD Drivers and Nvidia Drivers on their website. if you example went from 1070 Nvidia to 4060 Nvidia, you should download the drivers again since sometimes it doesn't work well with the new GPU

For Ram It is quite different to mine compared to others but you should open the 2 clips and push down on both sides of the RAM and the close the clips onto the RAM and when it cannot move, make sure the MHZ speed is the same with the other RAM
