Welcome to my channel, Tech Online! Dear Friends, Today I will show you how to set up Google Authenticators App on your mobile.
First of all, install the Google Authenticators App from Play store or App Store.
After installation of the Google Authenticators app, you can see like this, here you can also see I have set up my three accounts with this app, including one Gmail account and other two accounts. Here also you can see the new six-digit code that will generate after each 30 seconds. If you successfully set up your account with Authenticators, you will also see like this. These generated code will be needed for each time log in your account as a secondary password, otherwise you cannot log in your account. This is call 2 Steps verification.
I will show you how to set up Authenticators for your Gmail account. If you want to set another account like PayPal, Payoneer, Coinbase, Binance or others account, the setting process is the same as I will show you.
To set up your Gmail account first click the Gmail “Profile picture” then click the “manage your google account” then click security.
Here you will see 2 Step Verification on/off section, Click here and “on” the 2 Step Verification after verifying your Gmail account.
Now I will go to the main point. Here you can see below the Authenticators App with LOGO. You click “set up” to complete your setting process, then select what kind of phone do you have, then click next.
First Method: Now you will see a “barcode”. Scan the barcode with your Google Authenticators then click next. Now you will see the code will be generated in your Authenticators. This is simple steps, but I will not recommend you to set up with Authenticators like this way.
Second Method: We recommended method and best method is that you click the “Can’t Scan It”. After clicking the Can’t Not Scan it, you will see the secret code, copy the code then go to you Authenticators app and click plus ICON and select provided a key then give an account name and paste the code in “YOUR KEY” section and click ADD. Now go to your Gmail and click next.
Now your set up is 90% completed, you will see your generated key in your Google Authenticators app.
Verify your Gmail Account
Now another one task is remaining, after click the next button Gmail will ask you to verify your Authenticators in first time by placing the generated code in Gmail. Copy the generated code and paste the code in Gmail within 30 second then click next. Now your Google Authenticators set up is 100% completed.
Important Note:
When you generate code for setting, first you must save the code in secure place in your computer or your personal diary so that nobody can find it. Because the code generate only one time.
