Fortunately for us, this is the first eggnog that we've tried and it's the best we've tried up-to-date. This is the legendary Dale DeGroff (@kingcocktl)'s Uncle Angelo's Fluffy Eggnog.

Uncle Angelo's Fluffy Eggnog
22.5ml Bourbon (@buffalotrace)
22.5ml Spiced rum (@captainmorganusa)
120ml Eggnog
Top egg white fluff
Garnish: Grated nutmeg
Eggnog
Separate 6 egg yolks and the egg whites in a separate container. Place the egg white in the fridge.
Gradually mix 150g white sugar with the egg yolk while whisking.
Gradually add 1,000ml of whole milk and 500ml of heavy cream while whisking.
Grate half a nutmeg (3g) into the mixture.
Take the egg whites out of the fridge and gradually mix 150g white sugar while whisking.
