When a long stroke is done within the context of a competent Esalen Massage, a kind a of relaxation unfolds within the nervous system of the client which is profound, and acts as an important support for stimulating the body's natural healing systems.

is a certified Esalen massage practitioner. She travels internationally sharing her passion towards health and well-being.
