My journey with spinal stenosis and back surgery
This is my documentation of my journey with congenital spinal stenosis starting from adolescence until my spinal surgery at 40 years old. This is not medical advice! FYI, I thought the live, laugh, love thing was kinda silly (maybe I'm weird) also it helped with editing the videos... also, I watched a video where a guy went around his house reading multiple live, laugh, love signs and I thought it was pretty funny.
