A short preview of my visit to Suriname Motorsport Park...
The Suriname Motorsport Park (SMP) is a motorsport track in Para, Suriname. SMP is the first official motorsport venue in Suriname.
Suriname Motorsport Park track opened in May 2013 and is owned by Motosur, in full the Foundation for the Promotion of Motorsport in Suriname. The track is one kilometer long and eighteen meters wide and suitable for organizing drag races.
On December 7, 2023 I visited SMP. However it may look like an urban exploring video on an abandoned race track it is not. Suriname Motorsport Park is a full operational race track.
