Benimaru 50% 1 bar corner & 46% mid screen combo
Both combos can be done with Benimaru on point as you get just enough max mode for the corner combo.
Was doing some damage testing between this and the double forward B combos, and seems like ending the combo in EX qcf kick string does the more for spending only 1 bar (I believe found by Atma), however Atma's does more stun.
