What is DCS Marshalling panel in Control systems is explained in this video. basically, Marshalling Panels provide cross wiring functionality between field instruments and the control system. The marshalling cabinet is an interface panel between the system cabinet(DCS/ESD) and field junction boxes. Multicore cables from the field junction boxes is running to the marshalling cabinet in ICS rack room or DCS control room. The prefab cables from the system cabinet IO cards are also terminated in the marshalling cabinet.
