Altoids Speaker Tin Project
I saw these things online...and just had to have one.
I ended up making 3 versions of the Tin Speakers...more as an exercise on teaching myself to solder, and something to do inside during the winter months.
Each Speaker Cost about $12 to make, the largest expense was a $5 portable speaker I found at target (cannibalized the speaker and amplifier circuitry from it). The final speaker only took 1 hour to make over two days (drying time for glue and liquid electrical tape to dry)
