Me Time / What is your me time?
We all have crazy lives, with work, family and homey rounded marks, taking over our time and headspace most days, without setting aside personal time you will burn out far too quickly, and then be of no use to anyone. We all owe it to ourselves to make some time for ourselves, it doesn’t matter how small that time is, make it count:- But I was lucky I got 5 days that my family allowed me to go and travel alone!!!! I want to give you loads of me time ideas in this video.
I just took time to catch up with friends and attended an event just to kick up my heels.
