LS and Nemesis talk about how the old seasons of League were not as good as people think it was, and how the general playerbase was much worse, so nobody realized how broken everything was. He also uses WoW Classic as an example, where people didn't understand how to optimize completely in the beginning, but years later after coming back to it, many MMO players think that it's pretty easy. Season 3 and season 4 League of Legends were not that great, and were definitely not balanced.
