This is an LMS I custom-built for ERI (Energy Resource Institute).
It helps managers promote talent development by giving them 24-7, mobile-friendly access to staff performance/assessment data.

By listing the scores categorically (by skillsets), it acknowledges where a team member is "strong" in, while encouraging growth and development in the "weaker" areas.

Too often, managers only talk about the weak areas, which may end up discouraging some team members. This is why I recommend tracking performance data categorically by different skillsets. From your team members' point-of-view, instead of getting a vague "criticism", it feels more positive and helpful.
