City of Zagreb changed since Joining European Union
Changed history again by joining the Schengen Area and adopting the Euro.
Seeing it as outsider, I walked the city with heavy heart and sadness of seeing so many ways the city has stepped backwards.
The cultural dimensions of the city and people and nation has adopted more of American happy meals and Big Mac with Western European style processed lifestyle.
Authentic organic culture of Croatia is seen as weakness or way of non western European. This is very sad and also living expenses have increased and it will surely impact the population as whole over the long term.
