I was sitting in Stormwind chilling with the guild in Discord while some people ran UBRS. Suddenly we were hit with a mass disconnect that knocked the continent of Eastern Kingdoms out of the game. My guild was mid pull into General Drak and because of the DCs we lost 6 level 60 players. This is the second crash that has had happened in 2 weeks that has played out the exact same way. The first time we only lost a Tank and was able to salvage the run but not this time.

Thanks Blizzard for having zero ability to maintain your servers or fix issues like these that rip hundreds if not thousands of hours away from multiple players. Zero accountability, zero care for players.
