AU Explanation
So the storyline kind of stays the same as the TV show except Marinette's parents died when she was young and had to look after her self. So one day when Lila started bullying Mari a couple days after Lila joined Mari's school. Then Lila started lying about Marinette calling her mean names so when Lila was bullying Marinette Marinette couldn't take it anymore and exploded with anger/sadness. I hope this makes it clear now! :)
