Beyond Survival New Ship and New Script EPIC Space Engineers FAIL!
Beyond Survival is a series of videos of activities we do while playing the Space Engineers PC game. It includes tasks and projects for a 'hard' server but more importantly, it is about an exciting way to play Space Engineers that far exceeds the basic play.
In this video, I'm testing a new ship made by one of our Faction - a vertical miner that runs on hydrogen.
Also, testing a new 'hover' script that I found that I am very excited about. If it works, we can fly around looking for ore using a script! Well, we still have to be within viewing range of the ship as there is no API to read the Ore Detector (talk to Keen - the makers of Space Engineers, please!) though this is the best way to detect ore 'remotely' - at least, hands off!
