LS3 997 - AutoX @ Alliant - 8/25/24
This was a HOT one. Bodies & engines overheating in the sun. IATs crept up towards 180°F in grid. Course was interesting, very challenging (imo) and dusty. Somehow ended up with the 3rd quickest time overall (right behind my friends in a Lotus Exige & Honda S2000).
Nothing really new for this event besides my own speed density tune for the engine, the rebuilt Accusump, and slightly softer dampers (stepped down to 5 clicks from full stiff all around (for the earlier runs today, it was at 3 clicks, and I struggled to find grip).
