Drumline Cover: Devon vs. Shawn pt 2
This scene was a huge inspiration to me and countless other drummers I’m sure! I wanted to cover it but also take it up a notch and make sort of a meme out of it. lol It gets personal for me because over the years I’ve had people just like Sean who tried to suppress my gift and bury my talent under their ego. Whether they used their title and tenure or they just tried to always keep me off the drums by always running ahead of me and jumping on, there were so many fights I’ve endured to be where I am today. The movie “Drumline” helped me in so many ways to become the drummer and musician I am today.
