Ms. Joke—Paper to Digital—Speed Draw
As practice, I drew Ms. Joke from My Hero Academia. I liked how it turned out, except that the pen didn't quite go where I wanted and her eyes looked
w o n k y,
so I decided to make it digital and trace over it. It's very similar to a screencap of her, but the face, hair, and eyes turned out a bit different, and the shading is more in my usual style. (I love Medibang's oil brush!)
(Edit a long while later: Sorry it jumps around so much! I've got a software that captures timelapses now, which makes much nicer speed draws.)
Real time: a little over two hours.
I'm really happy with how it turned out!
The video gets a little choppy in some parts, so I'll have to figure out how to optimize the computer for recording.
