Entropy Zero switches from the POV of Half-Life's main protagonist Gordon Freeman, over to that of Combine soldier Aiden Walker, who joins the Combine feeling betrayed by humanity, while also looking to uncover the fate of his missing daughter. While Entropy Zero is largely built off gameplay elements from Half-Life 2, it also borrows aspects from Valve's other critically acclaimed series, Portal, bringing the two franchises together like never seen before.
